# Governance Utility

Piggycell introduces a **progressive, participation-weighted governance model**, where users not only vote on protocol changes but **earn influence** through consistent, meaningful engagement.

> Examples of community-governed parameters include:

* Pricing tiers for charge sessions
* Location prioritization for new deployments
* Reward rate balancing across RWA nodes
* Distribution ratios for NFT drops or event incentives

Staking PIGGY gives users not only rewards, but a say in the network’s direction—aligning token ownership with infrastructure responsibility.
